Surrounding Circle
Monthly Board Meetings on Zoom
The roles of the Surrounding Circle will be to provide advice and assistance as requested by the Board or individual members of the Board and as agreed upon by the surrounding circle member to whom a request is made. The Surrounding Circle members will be invited to attend Board meetings in part or in whole, except for any in-camera sessions of the Board. Surrounding Circle members attending a Board meeting may be asked to participate with comments. The Chair will give priority to Board members during discussions.
